    • Creating and practicing custom guided meditations and visualizations.

    • Connecting you to holistic healthcare practitioners (mental health, western medical practitioners, pelvic floor physical therapists, sex therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists, psychologists, osteopaths, hypnotists, herbalists, chiropractors, etc) to support you on your fertility journey. (Varies by needs and location)

    Encouragement on demand! There are no dumb questions. I’m here to cheer you on, clarify options, and remind you that you’re not alone.

    I’ll help you identify daily and monthly tasks and overarching goals and build a formal (but flexible) fertility plan. Together, we can break down the journey towards conception into manageable, supported steps.

    Your journey is about you. I will give you space to make your own decisions and encourage you every step of the way, in any capacity I can! I have no agenda when it comes to your fertility; I only care that you feel safe, supported, and respected every step of the way.

    Though I am physically located in Columbus, Ohio, this is a virtual service and you DO NOT have to reside in Columbus or the surrounding areas to take advantage of it.

  • Designed for those going through IUI/IVF, learning to chart cycles, or desiring close emotional support following a loss or a complicated medical history. This offering includes:

    • Initial consultation and assessment to better understand your current situation and goals (90 min)

    • Biweekly video check in sessions (60 min each)

    • Unlimited email/text support during contracted time

    • Custom guided meditation

    • Discounted attendance at fertility appointments if desired

    Package options offered:

    • 4 weeks: $525

    • 8 weeks: $775

    • 12 weeks: $1000

    • A la carte Q&A session, or attendance at fertility appointments: $150/hr

    • Medical records review beyond one hour: $150/hr
